One of the characteristics of the black mold is their smelling nature. If you’ve really come across one, you will notice some musty, pungent and generally an unpleasant smell around the house. If you notice a kind of smell around to check around for any mold before it grows out of control.
Black mold can also surface with visible dark spots or rings on the wall. These are the early signs you will notice when a mold is beginning to form. Well, it may not necessarily be a mold problem, probably due to water damage or water pooling at a spot. This is a sure recipe for mold growth.
Black mold can also grow with black color variations, the variations can appear as a stain, being black, orange, brown and/or even green specks.
